3. Can I combine multiple cash-ins into Versa to reach the RM100 threshold?
Yes, you are eligible for this lucky draw as long as your Versa account balance reaches and is maintained at a minimum of RM100 within the campaign period.
4. How is the RM1,000 Lucky Draw winner selected?
The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants.
5. How do I find out if I’m eligible for the RM1,000 Lucky Draw?
You will be automatically entered into the pool once you have cashed in at least RM100 and maintain that balance throughout the Campaign Period.
6. How will I be notified of the results?
If you win, we will notify you via a Versa app inbox notification and contact you by phone call (up to 3 attempts) to verify your eligibility for the prize.
If we can’t reach you or the verification process isn’t completed, we may select an alternate winner.
If you haven’t heard from us via the Versa app inbox or a phone call within 30 business days after the campaign concludes, we appreciate your participation.
7. When will the winner be announced?
The shortlisted winner will be contacted within 30 business days from the end of the Campaign Period via call, WhatsApp, push notification, and/or email. Please ensure your alerts are enabled.
Once the winner has been confirmed, they will also be announced via Versa’s social media channels.
8. How will the winner receive the RM1,000 Versa Save bonus?
It will be credited to your Versa Cash/Cash-i balance within 30 business days after you have verified your identity and sent in the winner’s acknowledgement form.
During the winner’s verification and acknowledgement process, you will have the option to choose either to receive the Versa Save bonus in your Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i account.
