This fund is made up from two parts:
- The Growth Engine (Min 85%): invested in the BlackRock Premier Funds – Systematic Islamic ESG World Equity Fund, which invests in Shariah-compliant companies across developed markets using a systematic approach that combines data, AI and human expertise.
- The Buffer (Max 15%): invested in Islamic money market instruments, Islamic deposits and/or Islamic derivatives for hedging purposes.
The fund aims to provide capital appreciation over the medium to long-term. It is not expected to make regular distributions, although incidental distributions may be made from time to time.
