By ticking the “AGREE” button, you hereby expressly, voluntarily and unconditionally agree to the following:

1. You hereby expressly and voluntarily authorise and give consent to Versa Asia Sdn Bhd (“Versa”) to disclose, share, and transfer your personal data as specified in the notification prompt (“Personal Data”) to Versa’s business partners or affiliates (“Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates”). You further acknowledge and authorise Versa to receive economic benefits (if any) from Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates in the disclosing, sharing and transfer your Personal Data, ;

2. You hereby further expressly and voluntarily agree and consent to the Privacy Policy Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates and that your Personal Data will be collected, used, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise treated in accordance with their Privacy Policy;

3. You hereby further expressly and voluntarily acknowledge and agree that once your Personal Data is shared with Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates, your Personal Data will be subjected to the sole and full control by Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates in terms of its collection, use, processing, storing, disclosure (including but not limited to sending or sharing you marketing, advertising or promotional messages/information via various modes including electronic mail, direct mailers, short message service, social  media, telephone calls or other mobile messaging services). You are required to directly contact Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates for any matters in relation to Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates’ collection, use, processing, storing, disclosure of your Personal Data;

4. You further expressly and voluntarily agree and consent that your Personal Data may be transferred to a place outside Malaysia subject to the Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates’ Privacy Policy;

5. You further expressly and voluntarily agree and consent that Versa is released from all obligations and responsibilities under the applicable laws towards your Personal Data which has been disclosed to or shared with Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates; and

6. You further expressly acknowledge that you may withdraw your consent to the continued disclosure or sharing of your Personal Data at any time by submitting your written request to Versa via the contact details specified in Versa’s general Privacy Notice. However, your withdrawal of the consent may result in services by Versa and/or Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates’ being declined, refused, or rendered inaccessible. Kindly note that such withdrawal of consent will not affect the Personal Data previously disclosed and shared to Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates’ and you will need to separately contact the Versa’s Business Partners or Affiliates’ for the said withdrawal.
