Head of Product
The Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible and oversee every element of Versa’s product while ensuring it delivers value to users and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic direction of the product which aligns with users’ needs, business growth, and technology
- Drive the whole product lifecycle and adjust priorities according to feedback
- Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal and external stakeholders
- Build, mentor and manage the product team to nurture a customer-driven product culture
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success of product and identify areas for improvement
- Develop deep analytical culture to quickly test, analyze results, benchmark product performance and present results to demonstrate the impact of initiatives
- Hire and develop the capabilities within the Product team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in sales / marketing / business or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present analysis results to senior management
- Minimum 7 years working experience in product leadership role(s) in a startup or similar style environment with experience in:
- Full product lifecycle and having successful product outcomes
- Interpreting customers/users needs and market trends
- Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics
- Proven track record of having managed multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in as fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal direction in an ambiguous environment
