Analyst Intern (Start of Internship: April 2026)

About the Internship:

Jump into the world of fintech as an Analyst Intern at Versa! You’ll dive into real projects that shape a user-facing financial app used by thousands, sharpen your analytical skills, and get hands-on experience in data, product, and business operations; all while collaborating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Life as an Analyst Intern:

  • Data & Analytics
    • Analyze real-world datasets to enhance data analysis skills (i.e. SQL, Microsoft Excel)
    • Build Clevertap Dashboards & track campaign performance
    • Present insights on campaign performance to relevant internal/external stakeholders
    • Perform data entry & cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Develop data visualizations to simplify complex insights
    • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant data
  • Product & Operations
    • Learn & contribute to backend operations to improve user experience on the Versa App
    • Assist in facilitating commercial arrangements with partners and vendors
  • Strategy & Business Development
    • Support the planning & execution of strategic projects and new business initiatives
    • Gather, analyze, and compile data for reports & presentations
    • Adopt structured methodologies to enhance research and reporting quality
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other teams to optimize processes and user experience

Internship requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a relevant degree (e.g. Business Administration, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, etc…)
    • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office apps (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI, SQL &/or Tableau
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
  • Bonus points for a passion for the Fintech industry
