4. What counts as “Fresh Funds” and do internal switches qualify?
Fresh funds refer to new money deposited into Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i directly via online banking during the campaign window. Internal portfolio transfers or switches from other Versa funds (such as Versa Invest) do not count as fresh funds and will not trigger entries.
5. Why must each cash-in transaction be EXACTLY RM808.00?
RM808.00 is our special nod to Ye’s iconic album 808s & Heartbreak. Our automated system tracks entries based on single transaction triggers of exactly RM808.00. A single deposit of RM1,000 will not trigger an entry. To deposit larger amounts and gain multiple entries, complete separate transactions of RM808.00 each.
6. Can I withdraw my funds right after cashing in?
To maintain your entry eligibility, your total net cash-in balance (total fresh cash-ins minus total withdrawals during the campaign) must be maintained in your account through 9 October 2026. Withdrawals made prior to 9 October 2026 that reduce your qualified fresh fund balance will disqualify corresponding entries.
7. How will flight bookings and cost caps be handled?
Versa covers 2x economy class return airfares (KUL ✈️ CGK) capped at RM1,500 total value. Fare differences exceeding RM1,500 due to seat upgrades, extra baggage, or late booking price increases must be covered by the winner.
8. How will the winner be contacted and verified?
- 48-Hour Verification Window: The shortlisted winner will be contacted on 9 October 2026 via official phone call, registered email, and in-app message. The winner must respond within 48 hours to verify their details and claim the prize package.
- Passport & Travel Document Requirement: The winner and their traveling guest must present valid passports with at least 6 months validity past the concert date (valid until at least 24 April 2027) upon verification.
- Disqualification & Redraw: Failure to respond within 48 hours, inability to show valid travel documents upon contact, or non-compliance with eligibility rules will result in immediate disqualification, and Versa will proceed to redraw an alternate winner.
9. How are concert tickets delivered?
Concert tickets will be transferred directly to the winner’s verified ticketing platform account via the official Split Ticket feature. Tickets are non-transferable to third parties once accepted and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Who is not eligible to join this campaign?
Versa employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Employees from Versa’s agencies, partners, and consultants who are currently working with Versa are also not eligible to participate.
11. What happens if the concert is postponed, canceled, or if campaign details change?
While we are excited to offer these passes, live events and artist schedules are subject to changes beyond Versa’s control.
- Disqualification & Final Authority: Versa reserves the right to disqualify any participant found attempting to game, abuse, or manipulate the referral system or eligibility requirements. All decisions made by Versa regarding campaign validity, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and binding.
- Event Changes During Campaign: If the concert is canceled, postponed, or subject to major ticketing changes prior to winner selection, Versa reserves the right to pause, modify, or cancel this campaign, or substitute the prize with an alternative reward of equivalent value at our sole discretion.
