Already a user (or just finished the steps above)?
- Step 1: Go to the “Quest” page, click “Bills On Us Quest,” and tap “Join Now.”
- Step 2: Set up or maintain a monthly Auto-Debit of at least RM250 during the Campaign (accumulated auto-debit transactions are counted!).
- Step 3: Upload a photo or document of your eligible monthly bill (issued in 2026 only) via the online form.
- Step 4: Wait for your Auto-Debit deduction to be completed.

Each week, Versa will reimburse eligible bills submitted by selected winners, subject to a weekly reward cap (up to accumulated RM5,000).

1. How many winners will there be each week?
There may be one or multiple winners each week, depending on the verified one-month bill amounts submitted and a total weekly reward up to RM5,000.
2. How do I find out if I’m eligible for the Lucky Draw?
If you’ve joined the quest and ensure all tasks are completed including setting up a minimum RM250 Auto-Debit, submitted a bill, and your Auto-Debit is successfully deducted — you’re in.
If your Auto-Debit is unsuccessful, you will not be eligible to participate in the weekly Lucky Draw until the next successful Auto-Debit deduction. The auto-debit deductions are made on specific dates. Please refer to Question 16 below for the date of the monthly Auto-Debit deduction during the Campaign Period.
3. I have multiple auto debit plans, am I entitled for multiple entries of this lucky draw?
Multiple Auto-Debits are allowed and will meet the eligibility criteria as long as the total monthly amount is at least RM250. However, each eligible user is only entitled to ONE entry for this entire quest period, regardless of the number of Auto-Debit plans you have.
4. Can I manually cash in instead of Auto-Debit?
No. Manual cash-ins are not eligible. Only Auto-Debit transactions qualify.
5. What is the minimum ADP amount?
It is RM250. This amount can be accumulated through multiple auto debit plans.
6. Can I set up multiple Auto Debit Plans (ADPs)?
Yes. Multiple Auto-Debits are allowed as long as the total monthly amount is at least RM250. However, each eligible user is only entitled to ONE entry for this entire quest period, regardless of the number of Auto-Debit plans you have.
7. How are the winners selected?
Winners are selected weekly from eligible entries and verified to ensure all mechanics are fulfilled. The number of winners will depend on the total amount of bills submitted by the eligible winners. This means;
- If one eligible winner submits a bill of RM5,000, the full weekly cap may go to that one winner, OR
- If eligible winners from the weekly draw submitted smaller bill amounts, there may be multiple winners in that week.
8. When and where can I view the Weekly Winners Announcement?
Weekly winners will be announced on Versa’s official channels (Facebook, Instagram, Push Notifications and Email).
Shortlisted winners will be contacted for verification within 7 business days from the announcement of winners via push notification and email (be sure to switch on your alerts!). Only verified winners will be rewarded.
If the Weekly Prize Winner is uncontactable within this verification period, the prize for that specific winner will be forfeited.

9. I’m one of the winners, how will I receive the campaign rewards?
Once verified, Versa will credit the exact amount of your submitted one-month bill into your Versa Save Shariah Compliant account within 30 working days. Please note that Versa will not make direct payment to your biller and will not be responsible for your failure to make the payment to the biller.
10. I won in Week 1! Can I join or resubmit my bill for the following weeks?
Congratulations on your win! To give more people a chance to have their bills covered, once you win, you’re no longer eligible for the following weeks of the Bills On Us Quest.

11. I was eligible for Week 1 but did not win. Do I need to resubmit my bill to enter the next week’s lucky draw?
No. Once you have successfully submitted an eligible bill and fulfilled all campaign requirements, you will automatically be carried forward to subsequent weekly lucky draws if you are not selected as a winner.
12. Is there a cap on how many users can join the Quests?
Yes, the campaign will conclude after 8 weeks or once 20,000 eligible participants have entered, whichever occurs first.

To stay in the running, make sure your submission hits these marks:
- 2026 bills only: We can’t accept previous years charges, late fees, or penalty charges.
- Clear & readable: Your photo must clearly show your name or account details.
Note: Versa reserves the right to reject unclear or edited documents.
14. My bank blocks screenshots. How can I provide proof of my loan payment?
If apps like Maybank, Hong Leong Bank or CIMB show a black screen, use these three workarounds to secure your proof for car, house or other eligible loans:
- Use the “Share Receipt” Button
Banks block hardware buttons but provide an internal “Share” feature that bypasses the lock.
→ Go to Transaction History, tap your payment, and select “Share/View Receipt. - Use the Web Portal
Security restrictions usually only apply to the mobile app, not the bank’s website.
→ Log in via the bank’s official website (PBe or UOB PIB) using a mobile or desktop browser. - Download eStatements
An eStatement is the most reliable document as it proves the specific loan type and ownership.
→ Navigate to the “eStatement” or “Statements” menu in your app or web portal.
15. My Auto-Debit failed. Am I still eligible?
Unfortunately, no. A failed transaction disqualifies you for the lucky draw until your next successful auto-debit deduction. To stay in the running for the next one, make sure your bank balance is ready for the next scheduled deduction!
16. What is the latest date to set up an Auto Debit plan?
Set up your auto debit plan before each monthly cut off date. Refer to the table below.

17. When will my Auto Debit amount be deducted from my bank account?
Your auto debit amount will be deducted from your bank account on the 5th of every month. For Maybank users, Deductions will always occur on the 5th.
For Non-Maybank users, the deduction will be on the next working day if the 5th falls on a holiday or a weekend. Funds will be deposited into your Versa account within 2-3 business days. Please refer to the table below for specific dates for non-Maybank users.
