When considering a home, you look beyond the property itself: the nearby MRT station, local amenities, queues at the cafés, the new grocer, or online information about the area.
That’s a handful of clues, for one home. Investing means doing it for hundreds of companies at once.

🏢 What’s inside?
This fund is made up from two parts:
🛡️ The Steady Base (at least 70%): Most of your money is in money market instruments, deposits or even lent to governments and companies through bonds. This creates a stable foundation designed to generate a regular, reliable income stream.
🚀 The Growth Engine (up to 30%): A smaller portion is invested in Asia equities (stocks). This gives your portfolio a little extra “oomph” to help your money grow over time.
The fund aims to provide a steady income stream over the medium to long-term period, and pays distributions quarterly when income is available.
💡 Fun Fact: Holding a piece of this fund means you have exposure to major Asian giants, these include:
📱 DBS Group – Southeast Asia’s biggest bank by assets
💻 TSMC – the main chipmaker for Apple and Nvidia
📶 Singapore Exchange, Ping An Insurance and China Construction Bank
(Note: According to the Fund’s top holdings as of 30 September 2026 and Annual Report dated 28 February 2026. Holdings are subject to change based on the fund manager’s strategy).
