How to Unlock Your Quest Entries:
- Step 1 – Join Quest: Tap “Join Now” inside the “Refer & See Ye Quest” in your Versa app.
- Step 2 – Invite Friends: Tap Refer Now to send your unique referral link or code to your crew.
- Step 3 – Friend Signs Up: Ensure your friend creates a new and verified Versa account using your unique link or code during the Quest Period.
- Step 4 – First Cash-In: Ensure your friend completes a first cash-in of the exact amount of RM124.00 into any Versa product. Their account must be approved, and the cash-in must be successfully reflected in the app by 31 August 2026.

1. Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn?
Yes, you can earn up to a maximum of 10 entries per user. Each friend who successfully registers and cashes in exactly RM124.00 during the campaign period unlocks 1 entry for you.
2. Do my friend and I still get our usual RM10* referral reward?
Yes! The entry is an added bonus on top of the standard RM10 reward for you and RM10 reward for your friend.
3. Why does my friend have to cash in the exact amount of RM124.00?
The RM124.00 amount is our special nod to the event date on October 24th (10/24)! To qualify for this Quest, the initial cash-in must be exactly RM124.00.
4. Â Are flights, hotel stays, or travel expenses included in the prize?
No. The prize only covers official Super Fans Festival admission tickets. Winners will be fully responsible for arranging and funding their own travel, flights, accommodation, and personal expenses.
5. What happens if my friend cashes in less or more than RM124.00?
Only initial cash-ins of exactly RM124.00 qualify for an entry. Any other amount will not trigger a quest entry.
6. When and how will the winners be announced?
The lucky winner will be drawn and announced via our in-app push notification by 11 September 2026.
7. What if my friend forgets to use my referral link during sign-up?
Our system relies on unique referral links to track entries. If they forget to use your code at sign-up, we cannot attribute the entry to you, but you can always refer another friend!
8. How will I receive my tickets if I am selected as a winner?
If you are selected as a winner, the official Versa team will contact you via phone call and registered email. We will make a maximum of 3 attempts to contact the shortlisted winner for verification. In the event that Versa is unable to contact the shortlisted winner after 3 attempts for any reason whatsoever, Versa reserves the right to select the next User(s) where the same process of selecting the winner will be repeated until a winner is identified.
To claim your tickets:
- Download the official ticketing app beforehand and set up your account.
- Fill out an official Google Form sent by Versa with your registered app details (email/phone number) and confirm they are correct.
Once your details are verified, Versa will transfer your ticket(s) directly to your account using the platform’s official “Split Ticket” feature and provide you with proof of transfer.
Note: Tickets transferred via the “Split Ticket” feature are non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable to third parties once accepted, and are strictly bound to your verified ticketing account for event admission.
The winner announcement will be made on 11 September 2026.
9. Will both tickets in my winning pair be sent directly to my account?
Yes! Both tickets in your pair will be transferred directly to your registered ticketing app account. You can either scan both guests in at the venue gates from your phone or use the ticketing app’s built-in ticket-sharing feature to send the second ticket to your guest yourself after receiving them.
10. Who is not eligible to join this campaign?
Versa employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Employees from Versa’s agencies, partners, and consultants who are currently working with Versa are also not eligible to participate.
11. What happens if the concert is postponed, canceled, or if campaign details change?
While we are excited to offer these passes, live events and artist schedules are subject to changes beyond Versa’s control.
- Disqualification & Final Authority: Versa reserves the right to disqualify any participant found attempting to game, abuse, or manipulate the referral system or eligibility requirements. All decisions made by Versa regarding campaign validity, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and binding.
- Event Changes During Campaign: If the concert is canceled, postponed, or subject to major ticketing changes prior to winner selection, Versa reserves the right to pause, modify, or cancel this campaign, or substitute the prize with an alternative reward of equivalent value at our sole discretion.
- Post-Transfer Event Changes: Once tickets have been successfully transferred to the winner’s ticketing account, Versa’s prize obligations are fully fulfilled. Versa is not responsible for any subsequent event cancellations, date postponements, venue changes, or non-refundable travel expenses incurred by the winner.
