Enrolling Period: 3 April 2026 – 15 May 2026
You must tap Join Now during this period to participate in the Quest.
The last day to join this Quest is 15 May 2026, in order to be eligible for the reward.
Participation Period: 3 April 2026 – 30 June 2026
Your participation period starts immediately after you tap Join Now.
During this period, you may transfer into any Versa Retirement Products.
To be eligible for the reward, you have to complete all the Quest tasks and your transfer must be successfully completed by 30 June 2026.

📝 Ready to join the PRS Transfer Quest?
Firstly, make sure you have the Versa app downloaded!
Step 1: Join the Quest
- Go to the “Quest” page, click “PRS Transfer Quest”, and tap “Join Now”.
Step 2: Activate your Versa Retirement account
- If you are new to Versa Retirement, make first cash-in of a minimum of RM100 into any Versa Retirement product.
- If you already have a Versa Retirement account, proceed to the next step.
Note: If you do not have an existing PRS account with Versa, it may take 3 – 5 working days to successfully set up your plan.
Step 3: Download the PPA Transfer Form
- Download the official PPA Transfer Form provided on the Quest.
- Complete all required details, including your existing PRS provider and the Versa Retirement products you’d like to transfer into.
- Make sure your information matches what your current PRS provider has on record.
- You must physically sign the form. Digital signatures are not accepted.
- Your signature in the form must match the signature in the current PRS provider’s records.
- Scan the signed form.
Step 4: Send to Versa
- Email it to Versa’s customer service at [email protected] using your registered email with Versa.
- Versa will process the form and reach out to you via email to follow up with your transfer request.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
- Transfers typically take 3 weeks, depending on the provider.
- You will be notified via email once your transfer is successfully completed.
Step 6: Get Rewarded
- Once your transfer is confirmed, the Quest page will mark all the tasks as completed and you’ll receive your reward in your Versa Retirement account within 30 working days after the Participation Period end date (30 June 2026).

Key Things to Know Before You Transfer
- The 1-Year Rule: You can only transfer your PRS funds after 1 year from your first cash-in date into any PRS provider.
- Fees: A transfer fee may apply depending on Private Pension Administrator (PPA). Please check with PPA for the latest details. Versa does not cover the transfer fee.
- Frequency: Only one transfer is allowed per calendar year.
- Consolidation: You can transfer from multiple funds at your current provider into one single Versa Retirement product only.
- ✅ Allowed: Eg. Transferring Fund A and Fund B into one Versa product.
❌ Not Allowed: Eg. Splitting Fund A into several different Versa products.
- ✅ Allowed: Eg. Transferring Fund A and Fund B into one Versa product.
- Submission Process: You must physically sign the transfer form, then scan and email it to Versa. We’ll then process the transfer form for you.
- Rejection Risk: Transfers may be rejected if your signature is digital or does not match your current provider’s records, or if fund names and account numbers are incorrect.
- Unit Sufficiency: Transfers will only be processed if there are sufficient units in your chosen PRS provider fund(s) after all fees and charges are deducted.

1. Who is eligible to join this campaign?
All Versa Retirement users aged 50 and below are eligible to join this campaign. Tap the “Join Now” button on the PRS Transfer Quest to officially join the campaign.
2. How much reward can I earn?
You’ll get RM50 for every RM3,000 transferred, capped at RM300 per user (total transfer of RM18,000 or more). The reward will be based on the nett transferred amount reflected in Versa Retirement.
3. When will I receive my reward?
Your reward will be credited into your Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period ends. The Participation Period ends on 30 June 2026.
4. How long does a PRS transfer take?
Transfers usually take 3 weeks, depending on your other PRS provider’s and PPA’s processing time.
5. Are there any fees for transferring?
The fee to transfer is RM25. Do note that charges levied are not by Versa, but by your PRS provider. Versa does not cover the transfer fee. For more details do refer to PPA’s fund information.
6. Can I transfer from multiple providers?
No you cannot transfer balances from different providers.
7. Can I split one fund into multiple Versa Retirement offerings?
No. Transfers must follow the rule: Multiple → Single (allowed), Single → Multiple (not allowed).
8. Do I need to provide the original signed form?
No. You only need to sign the form physically, scan it, and send it to [email protected]. Versa will handle the rest.
9. What happens if my signature doesn’t match my current provider’s records?
Your transfer request may be rejected. If that happens, Versa will inform you and guide you on the next steps.
10. What if I already did a transfer earlier this year?
You won’t be eligible, since only 1 transfer is allowed per calendar year.
11. Where will my reward be credited?
Your reward will be credited directly into the Versa Retirement product with the highest balance within 30 working days after the Participation Period ends.
12. When is the cut-off time for me to join?
The last day to join this quest is 15 May 2026, from then, you will have until 30 June 2026 to complete all the tasks and successfully transfer to be eligible for the reward.
