Versa’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Statement

Versa Asia Sdn Bhd (‘Versa’) operates a zero tolerance approach towards bribery and corruption and considers such activity to be unethical and contrary to good governance. We are dedicated to constantly uphold all laws relating to anti-bribery and corruption and are bound by the laws of Malaysia, including the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission Act 2009. 

Our commitment is reinforced by our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (‘Policy’) as well as the regular training to Versa’s employees on Versa’s obligations under Malaysia’s anti-bribery and corruption laws.

Versa is committed to conduct business in an honest and transparent manner, as well as implement systems and procedures to ensure the risk of bribery and corruption risk is mitigated within the organization. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. 

All Versa employees are prohibited from engaging in any form of bribery and corruption practices. Employees are also prohibited from accepting or offering gifts and hospitality from or to any other parties, except specified as exemptions in the Policy. 

Whistleblowing Policy

Versa encourages reporting by employees, business associates as well as its clients of any improper conduct by the employees or such business associates of Versa. 

Any individuals may provide any alleged or suspicious  bribery or corruption practices via our Whistleblowing e-Form. Versa ensures that no one suffers any detrimental treatment as a result of either:

  1. refusing to accept or offer a bribe or other corrupt activities; or 
  2. reporting a concern relating to potential act(s) of bribery or corruption. 

All reports received will be treated as confidential.
