Versa x Malaysia Vibe Fest (MVF) – Terms and Conditions

Versa x MVF campaigns are organized by Versa Asia Sdn Bhd (“Versa”) subject to the terms and conditions herein (“Terms and Conditions”). All campaigns are subjected to Versa’s platform T&C and Privacy Policy, accessible at https://versa.com.my/.

Social Media Lucky Draw (“Campaign A”)

1. To be eligible for Campaign A: 
   1. Participants must post a photo of their run or any experience during the MVF half marathon on their Instagram, Facebook or TikTok feed between 29 November 2025 to 4 December 2025 (‘Campaign Period’).
   2. Any postings on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok story will not be qualified to enter the Campaign.
   3. Participants must tag @versa_malaysia and use the hashtag #DuitwithVersa in the captions.
   4. Participants must ensure that their social media profile is set to public.
   5. Participants must maintain their post up on their social media feed for the next 30 days for tracking purposes.

2. Campaign Prize:
   1. Subject to the Terms and Conditions herein, participants who successfully fulfilled the all Campaign Mechanics and Conditions stated in Clause 1 above will be eligible to participate in the Campaign and stand a chance to win:
      • RM500 of Versa Save reward for ONE lucky winner
   2. The winner will be determined and/or announced within 30 business days from the end of the Campaign Period.
   3. The winner will be contacted by Versa via social media direct message (DM) for verification to qualify them as a winner of the Campaign Prize. Versa may subsequently communicate with the winner via DM, email, Whatsapp and/or Versa app.
   4. In order for the winner to receive the Campaign Prize, he/she must be a verified Versa user for the prize money to be disbursed into their Versa Save account. If the eligible winner is a non-Versa user, such person will have to sign-up and make minimum cash-in of RM10 to Versa app.
   5. The Campaign Prize will be credited to the winner’s Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i (according to the winner’s preference), within 30 business days from the verification of the winner for this Campaign.
   6. In the event that Versa is unable to contact the selected winner or the selected winner fails to comply with the verification process or T&Cs for any reason whatsoever, Versa reserves the right to select the next winner where the same process of selecting the winner will be repeated until a winner is identified.
   7. Participants who are not contacted by Versa via social media DM by 30 business days after the end of the Campaign Period shall be deemed to not have won the lucky draw.
   8. The winner is responsible to regularly check his/her social media DM, Versa registered email, Whatsapp and Versa app. Versa shall not be made responsible for any non-utilization of the Campaign Prizes by reason of failure to view, respond and/or receive the communications issued by Versa, whether or not such failure is attributed to the winner’s conduct (or lack thereof) and/or technology related issues.
   9. In the event of a delay in the administration of the Campaign Prizes, Versa will communicate with the winner via email, or app inbox message, or phone call or any other means deemed suitable by Versa.
   10. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Prizes are not exchangeable with any other forms of credit or benefit-in-kind or any cash alternatives and are strictly and exclusively rewarded to winning Users and cannot be redeemed, assigned or transferred to any third party.
   11. Versa reserves the right, at any time in Versa’s sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, adjust, add to or alter any of the prizes offered in this Campaign whether in entirety or in part without notice to the participants.
   12. Versa’s decision relating to the Campaign Prizes shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the participants.

Versa Save Reward (“Campaign B”)

1. Valid for new Versa users who signed up with a new Versa account using the ‘VERSAMVF25’ campaign code, and only upon successful completion of account creation, onboarding and first cash in of minimum RM100.
2. RM21 will be credited into your first Versa cash in account within 30 business days.
3. Campaign code is valid until 31 December 2025 only. 
4. This reward is not redeemable for cash, and valid for one time use per account creation.
5. Versa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
