Analyst, Product (Contract of Employment)
The Role & Responsibilities:
We’re looking for someone who has good analytical and customer management skills, with an eye for detail. This candidate will work collaboratively with Customer Service, Product and Marketing teams to handle Product related customer queries, define requirements; write User Stories and User Acceptance Tests, in line with the delivery of the Product Roadmap. The candidate will prioritise and sequence user stories and defects, participate in design sessions and work closely with the Engineering team to ensure that the right technical solution is delivered.
The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to handle product related queries and integrate customer feedback into product requirements to deliver impactful experiences
- Assist to create and drive product roadmap’s execution for new features/products
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Work closely with all stakeholders to design & deliver product releases within time, budget and quality that will deliver defined outcomes / business results.
- Work closely with a Engineering Team to define features, write specs, user stories, create wireframes and prototypes
- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities to improve products, features, and offerings
- Assist with the design, planning and implementation of key strategic projects
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess a tertiary qualification in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Applicants from non-technical backgrounds with solid understanding of mobile app functionality and technical concepts are encouraged to apply
- Ability to use data-driven approaches to solve problems
- Genuine commitment to dive into improving user’s experience
- Excellent interpersonal and very proficient in both spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
