📝 How to Join
Step 1: Download & Fill in the Transfer Form
- Download the official PPA Transfer Form.
- Complete all required details, including your existing PRS provider and the Versa Retirement offering you’d like to transfer into.
- Make sure your information matches what your current PRS provider has on record.
Step 2: Sign the Form
- You must physically sign the form. Digital signatures are not accepted.
- Your signature in the form must match the signature in the current PRS provider’s records.
- Scan the signed form.
Step 3: Send to Versa
- Email the signed form with your registered Versa email to Versa’s Customer Service team at [email protected]
- Versa will process the request and submit the form on your behalf.
Step 4: Wait for Processing
- Transfers typically take 3 weeks, depending on the provider.
- You will be notified via email once your transfer is successfully completed.
Step 5: Get Rewarded
- Once your transfer is confirmed, you’ll receive your reward in your Versa Save account within 30 working days.

Key Things to Know Before You Transfer
- ⏳ You can only transfer after 1 year from your first cash in date into any PRS provider.
- 💵 A transfer fee may apply, depending on PPA. Please check with PPA for the latest details.
- 🔄 Only 1 transfer is allowed per calendar year.
- 📂 You can transfer from one or more funds of your current provider into one single Versa Retirement offering.
- ✅ Multiple → Single (allowed)
Example: You have Fund A and Fund B at your other PRS provider. You can transfer both into one Versa Retirement offering. - ❌ Single → Multiple (not allowed)
Example: You cannot take Fund A from your other PRS provider and split it into multiple offerings in Versa Retirement.

- ✍️ You must physically sign the transfer form, then scan and email it to Versa. We’ll print and submit it to AHAM Asset Management and PPA on your behalf.
- 🖊️ Transfers may be rejected if your signature does not match the record with your other PRS provider.
- 📉 Transfers can only be completed if there are sufficient units in your chosen PRS provider fund(s) after fees and charges.

1. Who is eligible to join this campaign?
Only Versa Retirement users who have already cashed in at least RM3,000 into Versa Retirement this year (2025).
2. How much reward can I earn?
You’ll get RM50 for every RM3,000 transferred, capped at RM150 per user (total transfer of RM9,000 or more).
3. When will I receive my reward?
Your reward will be credited into your Versa Save account within 30 working days after the transfer is successfully completed.
4. How long does a PRS transfer take?
Transfers usually take 3 weeks, depending on your other PRS provider’s processing time.
5. Are there any fees for transferring?
There may be additional fees applied. Kindly check with PPA for more details
6. Can I transfer from multiple providers?
Yes. You can transfer balances from different providers, but they must all be consolidated into one Versa Retirement offering.
7. Can I split one fund into multiple Versa Retirement offerings?
No. Transfers must follow the rule: Multiple → Single (allowed), Single → Multiple (not allowed).
8. Do I need to provide the original signed form?
No. You only need to sign the form physically, scan it, and send it to Versa. Versa will handle the rest.
9. What happens if my signature doesn’t match my current provider’s records?
Your transfer request may be rejected. If that happens, Versa will inform you and guide you on the next steps.
10. What if I already did a transfer earlier this year?
You won’t be eligible, since only 1 transfer is allowed per calendar year.
11. Where will my RM50 reward be credited?
Your RM50 reward will be credited directly into whichever offering (Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i) has the higher balance. If both balances are the same, the default will be Versa Cash-i.
12. When will I receive my reward?
Your RM50 reward and the one-off RM25 transfer fee credit will be credited into your Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i account in January 2026.
