1. Can I manually cash into any fund in Versa to be eligible for the lucky draw?
Yes, you can. You will be eligible for the draw as long as you fulfil the Campaign Mechanics and maintain a minimum balance of RM1,000 in your Versa Save account.
2. Can I combine multiple cash-ins into Versa to reach the RM2,000 threshold?
No, you must cash in a min. of RM2,000 in a single transaction into your chosen fund in Versa to be eligible for the lucky draw.
3. Do my auto-debit transactions into any fund in Versa during the Quest Period make me eligible for the lucky draw?
No, your auto-debit transactions are not counted, it has to be a fresh fund of RM2,000 in a single transaction. Be sure to also maintain a minimum balance of RM1,000 in your Versa Save account.
4. Can I manually cash in multiple of RM2,000 to increase my entries?
No, each user is limited to 1 entry only.
5. How are the 10K Lucky Draw Quest’s winners selected?
Winners are selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants.
6. How are prizes from the 10K Lucky Draw Quest matched to winners?
Prizes are matched randomly to the shortlisted winners.
7. How do I find out if I’m eligible for the lucky draw from the 10K Lucky Draw Quest?
On the Versa app, go to the Quest page. Under “Versa Quests”, scroll through it then tap on “10K Lucky Draw Quest”. Once all the listed tasks within the 10K Lucky Draw Quest are completed, you have one (1) entry to the lucky draw.
8. When will the winners be announced?
Shortlisted winners will be contacted within 30 business days from the end of the Campaign Period via call, Whatsapp, push notification and/or email (be sure to switch on your alerts!).
Once all winners have been confirmed, winners will also be announced via Versa’s social media channels.
9. I am one of the lucky winners of a Versa Save bonus. How will I receive my prize?
It will be credited to your Versa Cash/Cash-i balance within 30 business days after you have verified your identity and sent in the winner’s acknowledgement form.
During the winner’s verification and acknowledgement process, you will have the option to choose either to receive the Versa Save bonus in your Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i account.
