Versa’s Jargons & Definitions
- Fresh Funds: New cash-ins you make on top of your baseline. If your new cash-in pushes your balance above that amount, it counts as Fresh Funds.
- Baseline (for this promotion): Your cumulative nett cash-in across all eligible Versa products in Versa, right before the day you make your first cash-in. Example: If you have RM0 invested across Versa products when you register, your baseline is RM0. Once you complete your first cash-in of min. RM20, any amount you invest after that brings your total balance above RM0 is considered Fresh Funds.
- Cumulative nett cash-in (for this promotion): Refers to your historical net cash flow across all eligible Versa products, calculated as total cash-ins minus total cash-outs from the day you were verified on Versa.
- Required amount: Your baseline + minimum amount of fresh fund cash-ins for this campaign.

1. Who is eligible for the Give Versa A Go Quest?
This quest is open to new Versa users who sign up with promo code TRYVERSA5 between 1 September 2026 – 30 September 2026 and make a minimum first cash-in of RM20.
2. What is the 30 day rolling period?
Your 30-day rolling period is your own personalized timeline! It begins upon account approval and your initial cash-in, giving you a full 30 dynamic days to explore the app, add fresh funds, and hit your tier-based targets.
3. Can my fresh funds be cumulative to hit the minimum eligibility criteria?
Yes! You do not need to cash in everything at once. All manual cash-ins and completed Auto Save transfers made across your 30-day rolling period accumulate toward your RM1,000 or RM2,500 target.
4. What happens if I cash out during the Quest Period?
To receive the reward, you must maintain your fresh funds above the minimum required amount until after the final day of your 30-day quest window. If you cash out and your fresh funds balance falls below the minimum fresh funds amount (e.g. RM1,000 for Tier 1) to be eligible on the final day, the reward for the campaign will be voided.
5. Are switches within Versa counted as fresh funds?
No. Internal transfers or movements between any Versa products are not considered fresh funds. Fresh funds must be new money deposited into Versa from an external bank account.
6. Is the Quest stackable with other Quests?
Yes! For example, it can be stacked with the Save Booster Quest if you have an active Auto Save (ASP) plan (or previously known as Auto Debit) in the same Versa Save product. Just make sure you meet the requirements in our Save Booster Quest to be eligible for the rewards!
7. When will I receive the reward?
Your bonus reward will be credited directly to your Versa Cash or Versa Cash-i account (whichever holds the higher balance, Versa Cash-i as default) within 30 working days after your individual 30-day quest period ends.
8. What happens if I cash out my funds on the last day of the Quest? Will I still get the reward?
If a cash-out causes your final Cumulative nett cash-in to drop below the Required Amount (RM1,000 or RM2,500) at the end of your 30-day window, the reward will be forfeited. Ensure your net balance meets the target tier on your final day!
9. What if I forgot to enter the promo code TRYVERSA5 during sign-up?
Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for this specific quest or its rewards if the promo code TRYVERSA5 was not entered during account registration. However, don’t worry! You can still explore and participate in all our other exciting Quests available in the Versa app!
10. What happens if my first cash-in is less than RM20?
If your initial cash-in is under RM20, the quest will remain hidden and you will not be able to see it in your Quest tab. You must complete a first cash-in of at least RM20 to unlock and view the quest, which will then activate your 30-day journey.
11. Does my cash-in need to be reflected in the app before my 30 days are up?
Yes! Cash-in transactions require processing time (typically 1–3 working days depending on the products). Please ensure you buffer enough time for your transactions, as your cash-in must be fully processed and reflected in your Versa app within your 30-day quest window to count toward your target tier. Any cash-ins that reflect after your 30-day window ends will not qualify.
12. Why am I getting an error or failing verification during account setup?
Account creation usually fails due to one of the following reasons:
- Eligibility: You must be a Malaysian citizen (PRs and non-citizens are not eligible).
- Phone Number: You must use an active Malaysian mobile number to receive the OTP.
- ID Verification: Your NRIC scan must be a clear, glare-free photo of your original MyKad (photocopies or screen photos are not accepted).
- Bank Account Details: Your linked bank account must match your registered name and NRIC (third-party or joint accounts are not allowed).
- App/OS Version: Your phone’s operating system or app version may be outdated—ensure both are updated to the latest version.

13. When is the deadline to make my first cash-in and join the Quest?
Users are advised to create their account early and ensure their first cash-in is reflected in their account by 30 September at the latest. The Quest will then appear on their end on 1 October.
1 October is the last day to join the Quest, and users will also need to click “Join Now” to participate.
