1	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 3 April 2026. User submitted their transfer form on 7 April 2026. The transfer of RM3,000 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 1 May 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive RM50 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends.
2	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 10 April 2026. User submitted their transfer form on 13 April 2026. The transfer of RM6,000 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 5 May 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive RM100 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends.
3	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 15 April 2026. User submitted their transfer form on 16 April 2026. The transfer of RM2,500 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 8 May 2026.	User is not eligible for the reward as the minimum transfer amount of RM3,000 was not met.
4	User tapped the “Join Now” button on the PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 3 April 2026. User submitted their transfer form of RM9,000. After a one-time transaction fee charged by PPA, only RM8,975 was successfully transferred into Versa Retirement. The transfer was completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 28 April 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive RM100 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends. The reward is based on the net amount transferred successfully into Versa Retirement.
5	User tapped the “Join Now” button on the PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 20 April 2026. User submitted transfer request from two different funds within a single PRS provider (RM3,000 each) on the same day, both consolidated into one Versa Retirement product. The transfer of RM6,000 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 11 May 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive RM100 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends.
6	User tapped the “Join Now” button on the PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 20 April 2026. User submitted their transfer form of RM6,000 from one provider, and attempted to allocate the amount across two Versa Retirement products.	User is not eligible for the reward as transfers must follow the rule: Single → Multiple is not allowed.
7	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 15 May 2026. User submitted their transfer on the same day, but the form was incomplete and resubmitted on 17 June 2026.  The transfer was successfully completed on 8 July 2026.	User is not eligible for the reward as the transfer was completed after the Participation Period. The last day to complete the Quest and successfully transfer is 30 June 2026.
8	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 15 May 2026. User submitted their transfer form during the Enrolling Period but had already made a PRS transfer earlier in the same calendar year (2026).	User is not eligible as only one PRS transfer is allowed per calendar year.
9	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 15 May 2026. User submitted the transfer form on the same day, but the signature did not match their existing PRS provider’s records, resulting in the transfer form being rejected. The user did not resubmit the form during the Participation Period.	User is not eligible for the reward as they did not complete the Quest. Eligibility requires the form to be corrected and the transfer successfully completed by 30 June 2026.
10	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 12 May 2026. User submitted their transfer form on 13 May 2026. The transfer of RM18,000 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 5 June 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive the maximum reward of RM300 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends.
11	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 29 April 2026. User submitted their transfer form on 30 May 2026. The transfer of RM12,000 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 22 June 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive a reward of RM200 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends.
12	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 12 May 2026. User submitted their transfer form on 25 May 2026. The transfer of RM21,000 was successfully completed and reflected in Versa Retirement on 15 June 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive the maximum reward of RM300 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends as rewards are capped regardless of transfer amount.
13	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 15 May 2026. User submitted their transfer form of RM6,500 on 15 May 2026 (the last day of the Enrolling Period), but the form is invalid. The form is resubmitted correctly and transfer is successful on 15 June 2026.	User is eligible for the reward.  User will receive a reward of RM100 credited into Versa Retirement within 30 working days after the Participation Period (30 June 2026) ends.
14	User tapped the “Join Now” button on PRS Transfer Quest in the Quest Page on 15 May 2026. User submitted their transfer form of RM9,000 on 20 June 2026, and the transfer was successful on 13 July 2026.	User is not eligible for the reward as the transfer was successful after the end of the Participation Period (30 June 2026).
15	User successfully transfers RM12,000 into Versa Retirement within the Participation Period, but did not click “Join Now” in the Quest.	User is not eligible for the reward as they did not join the Quest via the Versa app.
16	User has successfully transferred from their existing PRS provider to Versa Retirement on 1 March 2026. User then tapped “Join Now” on the Quest on 3 April 2026.	User is not eligible for the reward, as the transfer was completed prior to the Quest period.
