Responsibilities:
- Lead innovative marketing strategies to spotlight Versa app and drive significant user conversions
- Craft unique value propositions based on robust market and consumer insights which sets our Versa’s brand apart
- Boost brand visibility and engagement across diverse media platforms, generating a steady stream of leads and traffic
- Ensure consistent representation of Versa’s brand and voice across all communications, maintaining our brand’s integrity
- Promote a culture of growth and experimentation, encouraging the team to test new ideas that can drive our strategy forward
- Collaborate with the Product team to enhance user experience, refining everything from UX to messaging for optimal engagement
- Guide and develop your team, sharing your knowledge to help them grow into the next generation of marketing leaders
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, both in strategic planning and execution. Experience managing multiple brands or products simultaneously would be a plus
- Familiar with the entire marketing mix – good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation
- Results-oriented and data-driven – Proven track record of success in utilizing data to create impactful marketing campaigns and meeting business objectives
- Highly detail-oriented: Ensure high standards of quality of all marketing and communication materials
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
